Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to upload, process, or generate output from content that:

• infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
• violates any person's right of publicity or privacy (e.g., using a person's likeness without consent)
• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• impersonates a brand, organization, or individual without authorization
• violates the terms of any third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon) from which order data originates

You may not:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without authorization
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or usage restrictions
• use the Service to build or train a competing product
• resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written agreement permitting it
• use automated means to access the Service beyond the documented API
• introduce malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when creating an account

API and processing resources must be used in a manner consistent with documented rate limits and intended use cases. Excessive or abusive use that degrades Service performance for other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or additional fees.

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take action including warning, suspension, or termination of access, at our discretion and proportionate to the violation. We will attempt to notify you of enforcement action where feasible, except where doing so would compromise security or legal obligations.

This AUP should be read together with the Zyntraflow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service govern unless this AUP is more specific to acceptable use.
