This Privacy Policy explains how Zyntra ("Zyntra," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the Zyntraflow platform ("Service"). This policy applies to our website, dashboard, and API.

2.1 Account Information: name, business/company name, email address, billing address, and payment details (processed via a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

2.2 Customer Data: order data, design files, images, and production files you upload or submit through the Service in order to generate output (e.g., SVG, PDF, EZD files). This may include data originating from your own customers (end-customer names, personalization text, uploaded photos) that you submit for processing.

2.3 Usage Data: log data, API request metadata, IP address, browser/device information, and interaction data collected automatically when you use the Service.

2.4 Communications: information you provide when contacting support or sales.

We use collected information to:

• (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• (b) process orders and generate production files;
• (c) authenticate users and secure accounts and API access;
• (d) process billing and payments;
• (e) provide customer support;
• (f) monitor, analyze, and improve platform performance and reliability;
• (g) communicate service updates, security notices, and (with consent where required) product updates;
• (h) comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (platform security, service improvement), consent (where obtained), and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• (a) Sub-processors and service providers who support hosting (e.g., cloud infrastructure), payment processing, analytics, and customer support, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;

As Zyntraflow serves customers in multiple regions, including the European Union, data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, in the jurisdictions where our infrastructure or service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

We retain Customer Data and account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Following account termination, we retain data for a reasonable period to allow export, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and API key authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
